*CIRCUITO CLAPS AMONG THE BOARDING PASS PLUS WINNING PROJECTS: English version below
Il Circuito CLAPS è vincitore del bando Boarding Pass Plus del MiC nell’ambito Circo, per il terzo anno, con il progetto CirkAround.
La 3^ edizione di CirkAround mette particolarmente a fuoco un percorso legato a un’arte tra le più antiche nel mondo e che rappresenta un ponte fra tradizione e contemporaneità: la clownerie.
Il progetto mantiene l’obiettivo di offrire esperienze, formazione, incontri, contatti e suggestioni utili a orientare in una direzione sempre più internazionale le carriere di 10 giovani artisti under 35, afferenti a 5 compagnie selezionate da una call ad hoc (bando aperto dal 17 maggio al 4 luglio 2021).
La formazione offerta permetterà quindi di sviluppare competenze in ambito organizzativo e artistico.
CirkAround mantiene l’impostazione degli anni precedenti consolidando gli step relativi alla formazione (con focus nazionale ed europeo, cui si aggiunge quest’anno una “finestra” extraeuropea) e all’esperienza attiva (con workshop tematici internazionali e stage).
Capofila del progetto, intitolato CirkAround, è il Circuito CLAPS, in partenariato con: Fondazione Teatro Comunale Città di Vicenza, Industria Scenica, Tutti Matti per Colorno, Artemakìa.

Circuito CLAPS is the winner of MiC’s Boarding Pass Plus call in the Circus sector, for the third year, with CirkAround project.
The third edition of CirkAround focuses on one of the oldest arts which represents a bridge between tradition and contemporaneity: clowning.
The aim of the project is to offer experiences, training, meetings, contacts and suggestions useful to orientate in an increasingly international direction the careers of some young artists under 35, belonging to companies selected by a proper call (open from 17 May to 4 July 2021). The offered training will therefore enable the development of organisational and artistic skills.
CirkAround maintains the approach of previous years, consolidating the steps relating to training (with a national and European focus, and a non-European “window” added this year) and active experience (with international thematic workshops and internships).
The project leader is the Circuito CLAPS, in partnership with: Fondazione Teatro Comunale Città di Vicenza, Industria Scenica, Tutti Matti per Colorno, Artemakìa.
